Leonardo is one of the four mutated turtles. He was raised and trained in ninjutsu by Splinter. Leo likes to say he's the most handsome of the fabulous four and that he's April's favorite. He'd say he was the best fighter too, but claims to be too modest. Leo lists his favorite food as pizza.

Invasion of the Punk Frogs (comic)[]
Four regular frogs living in the swamps of Florida are accidentally mutated by Krang and Shredder. When they come to New York City and begin doing Shredder's bidding, the Turtles, lead by Leonardo, work to set the Punk Frogs straight.
New York's Shiniest (comic)[]
New York's Shiniest is a comic adaptation of the Fred Wolf TMNT cartoon episode. Leonardo appears alongside his brothers.
Enter the Fly (comic)[]
After Shredder has a poisonous plant delivered to April, the Turtles head out to find the ingredients for an antidote.
High Rise Heist[]
Raphael takes issue with a magazine article which says that Leonardo is the toughest Turtle. He challenges his brothers to see who is the toughest. While they are topside sparring, they hear a report about a bank robbery and take the Turtle Blimp to go investigate.
