Jess Harley

Jess Harley's human appearance was based on Henriksen.

Ryan Brown has cited Henriksen as his inspiration for the design of Jess Harley, the version of Leatherhead in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures by Archie Comics, having named the character after two separate movie characters Henriksen played: Jesse Hooker in Near Dark (1987), and Ed Harley in Pumpkinhead (1988). Henriksen would himself later become involved in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise by providing the voice of an altogether different character, Zog in the 2012 TV series.
