Synopsis[]
After La Cosquilla was hit by a missile, he and Leonardo end up warped to the year 2042 by the explosion. Leo wakes up to find that the Earth has undergone some serious environmental distress. He picks up the unconscious Cosquilla, fashions a pair of makeshift katana from rebar, and dons a cloak that he finds, slipping Cosquilla into a pocket.
It's not long before he encounters a large, angry purple mutant, who insists that Leo leaves his territory. Rather than just go a different direction, Leo picks a fight with the beast, which ends with Leo being knocked out when his opponent throws a giant chunk of a destroyed building at him.
Leo wakes up in chains, and the mutant gathers together some firewood, telling him that since he wouldn't leave, he was going to just eat him. The mutant is suddenly interrupted by a figure dressed in vaguely Turtle-shaped green armor, who demands he free Leo. The two fight, with the armored figure victorious. Leo thinks that it might be one of his brothers, but the knight removes his helmet and reveals that he is a mutant lion, introducing himself as Flamarión. He unchains Leo, but then their opponent gets a second wind. Leo offers to take the antagonist out and finally does, and Flamarión offers to take Leo back to his home.
Along the way, the two of them fight their way through roving gangs of humans. Finally, they arrive at their destination, and Leo is shocked to see a cave with a giant turtle head as the entrance.
