Krang and Shredder's Secret Lair, often reversed to "Shredder and Krang's Secret Lair", appears in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Saturday Morning Adventures comics. It is their base of operations in New York City when the Technodrome is not available. The lair is actually a boarded up warehouse surrounded by a razor wire topped fence.

An upper floor of the warehouse has been filled with computers and machinery necessary to create a Trans-Dimensional Portal. Krang intends to use the portal to bring the Technodrome to Earth, but Shredder, who is caught between dimensions, wants him to use it to free him. Old Hob remains in Krang and Shredder's Secret Lair to help them repair the portal, using his intergalactic crime syndicate resources to find the problem. Genie in a Bauble, Baby!
