In Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Rizzoli), Krang is one of the comic series' primary antagonists. This version of Krang is closely based on Krang from the 1987 TV series.
History[]
Shredder sends Bebop and Rocksteady out into the city wearing Turtle disguises. Their job is to do what they do best, destroy things. Their plan to make the citizenry believe they are the Turtles begins to do the trick as people turn against them, and Krang tells Shredder that for once, his plan is working. Krang is certain that the mayor will at least have to call the Marines in to free the city of the threat. After April O'Neil shows the recording of the two fake Turtles, Splinter advises his sons to check it out next time the fakes appear. When they do, the Turtles disguise themselves as Ninja del clan del piede and trick the two mutants into removing their disguises. Once the onlookers realize that the Turtles are not the bad guys, Bebop and Rocksteady run away. Back in the Tecnodromo, Krang berates Shredder for being an idiot. He says he should have known that Shredder would fail this time, too. Diffidate dalle imitazioni
Krang's attempts to destroy the Turtles with a plan of his own results in the creation of Pizzona, a mutant pizza blob created by mutating the live yeast used for pizza dough. Pizzona initially seems to be succeeding, first defeating the New York Police Department and next the army. Krang gloats when he sees that the Turtles are losing against Pizzona, but then Michelangelo realizes something and tells his brothers to keep the mutant busy for another half an hour. He leaves, but returns with four sets of giant utensils and tells his brothers to look at the creature. Michelangelo says that Krang may be a genius, but he’s certainly not a cook, otherwise he would know that yeast loses its effect in a few hours. As the Turtles prepare to dig in to a feast, Krang flies away, stating that if he had feet, he’d kick himself. Diavola d’una pizza
