Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
King Nail is fought at the end of the Notes from the Underground stage. He is found in a stasis tube, and when the Ninja Turtles approach it, he breaks free and attacks. After being defeated, he dissolves into a yellow-green cloud.

King Nail is a common enemy instead of a boss.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: Battle Nexus
King Nail is fought at the end of Episode 1-2, Secret Hall, right after the Turtles face Stonebiter. King Nail has most of the same techniques as he did when they first fought him, but he has lost the ability to fly.
After Episode 1 in its entirety is completed, King Nail, along with the other underground mutants, is restored to his original human form.
King Nail also appears in the game's Battle Nexus mode as an opponent.
Powers and abilities
- Flight: In his first appearance, King Nail flew across the room and attempted to strike the Turtles with his claws and dive bombs.
- Claws: Nail's claws are immense in size and sharpness.
- Toxic spit: Nail can spit a purple cloud of an unknown toxin. In TMNT 2: Battle Nexus, this spit can reverse the player's controls.
