King Cobra is a ruthless gangster who runs The Snake Pit, a club of ill repute in Manhattan's Harlem neighborhood. Affected by something that damaged his skin terribly as a child, he wears a mask and hood in an attempt to feel "normal" again. For protection and torture, he wears clawed gloves laced with dangerous toxins.
