Kevin (listed in the credits as "Pizza Delivery Guy") is the deliveryman who provides the Turtles with their pizza in the beginning of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows. As Michelangelo is on a first-name basis with him, and he does not react negatively to their appearance, he likely knows them personally.
