Keno is a pizza delivery boy who appeared in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Movie II: The Secret of the Ooze. Due to a chance encounter with the Ninja Turtles, he worms his way into their lives and becomes an ally.
History[]
Keno was on his way to deliver a pizza to April O'Neil, when he noticed something odd happening at Chet's Mall across the street. He decided to investigate, which led him to confronting a group of thieves who were robbing the place. Using his martial arts skills, he took out a couple of them, but quickly realized he was outnumbered. Just then, four giant mutant turtles arrived and started taking out the thieves. one of them wrapped Keno up in a rug, tied up the rug, and shoved him into a garbage can to keep him out of the way. After Keno struggled to break free, he witnessed the last of the thugs being taken out. Raphael told him to call the police, which he did, and when he returned, he found the thieves strung up and the pizza gone - with payment inside the carry bag.
Suspicious, Keno later brought a pizza to April's apartment under the guise of it being "ordered" by a neighbor who is not home, and he brought it to April since she orders them so much anyway. While talking to her, he notices Raphael hiding behind a potted plant and stomps on his foot, exposing him and the other turtles.
The Turtles' rat master, Splinter, tells Keno their origin. Afterward, he tells the Turtles that he has heard of this "Foot Clan", who are on the lookout for teenagers with martial arts prowess. He floats the idea that he could try to get recruited as a mole, which Leonardo finds too dangerous, although Raph agrees with Keno.
Keno and Raph go together so that Keno can infiltrate the Foot. Keno is the only one of the recruits to pass all of the tests up to the final one - remove as many bells from a mannequin as he can in fifteen seconds without making a sound, under the cover of a smoke bomb. Raph rolls in and removes them for him, clearing the mannequin of all bells flawlessly.
The following day, Keno is showed to Foot HQ and instructed to get a training dōgi. He runs to talk to Raph, but gets busted by the Foot second-in-command, Tatsu. Raph tells him to run and Keno takes out a couple of Foot Ninja on his way out, while Raph is outnumbered and captured. Keno runs to April's place and informs her that Raph is caught.
After the other Turtles rescue Raph and while they fight the Foot mutants Tokka and Rahzar, Keno and Splinter meditate, with Keno frustrated at this inaction. He rushes to The Dockside Club, where the fight has progressed to, and startles the Turtles and gives Foot leader Oroku Saki a temporary advantage. Luckily, he drops the vial of mutagen after being tackled by Leo. Enraged, Shredder grabs an innocent bystander. Michaelangelo strums a guitar at full volume and blasts Shredder from the speaker he was standing in front of, as Keno whisks the hostage away.
