Kavaxas was an unreleased action figure initially planned as a part of Playmates Toys' Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles toyline. The figure was planned to be released in the "Super Shredder" wave alongside the Super Ninja Turtles, Super Shredder, and Crimson Leader, but was not released for unknown reasons. It was initially seen in the background of a low-quality video posted by Greg Cipes on Twitter.

- In the original video taken by Greg Cipes, there are many differences between the branding seen on the wall and the branding that made it to the final figure packaging:
- Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is referred to as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tales of the Turtles;
- An unreleased "Road Warriors" subline can be seen, possibly based on the Raphael: Mutant Apocalypse arc, but with art depicting what are most likely the Super Ninja Turtles;
- Kavaxas can be seen as part of the "Super Shredder" subline alongside the white repaint of Crimson Leader, a figure that was also never released;
- "The Samurai" subline is referred to as "Samurai Turtles featuring Usagi Yojimbo", with Jei (a figure that was planned and never released) and what looks to be the 2003 TV Series' Usagi featured;
- Alternate colors for the "Monster Hunters" subline, titled "Monsters + Mutants" upon release.
