Kate Ocho was the wife of Cha Ocho. They were married in 1998, and not long after, she was shot by Lawrence McKinney and fell directly into the path of a subway train. Cha spent much of his life hunting down McKinney to avenge his wife's death. Three years after her death, in the year of 2001, her husband murdered Lawrence McKinney in front of a horrified Leonardo, thus he succeeds in avenging his beloved wife's death. Angered, Leonardo scars him with his sword and leaves. Cha visits his wife's grave and tells her that he's going to tell her the story.
