Kasey was a character developed by Kevin Eastman for the unproduced fourth TMNT film, The Foot Walks Again. Apparently, an alternate version of Casey Jones with electric powered arms and fists, the misspelling of name might suggest this character hails from a different dimension as the character portrayed by Elias Koteas in the first and third live-action movies.
