An elderly Karai works for the Foot Clan in the alternate future of the Same As It Never Was episode. She takes part in the battle that erupts during the siege on Foot Headquarters, and ends up killing both Leonardo and Raphael. In retaliation, April fires a missile at her and blows her up.
