Juto-Shisho is a member of the Ninja Tribunal. He was the second to reveal his true form to the Turtles and their Acolyte friends. He is the ninjutsu master of weapons.

He prominently appeared in the 2003 TV series' fifth season he also appeared in the Fast Forward episode The Journal and once more in Back to the Sewer during the wedding of Casey Jones and April O'Neil.

Personality

Juto is callous and shows disregard for his acolytes safety and well-being, caring more about the threat of the demon Shredder. Upon being told of Hamato Yoshi's death, he heartlessly dismisses it as something that "must be", showing no remorse for the man's death or even taking responsibility for the fact that it was partially his fault. Due to his immortality, Juto developed the belief that mortals were of no significance in the greater scheme of things. Perhaps the only people Juto is even capable of truly caring about are the other members of the Tribunal as he orders Chikara to run when she finds him imprisoned by the Shredder's Heralds.

Abilities

As a member of the Ninja Tribunal, Juto's powers border on godlike. He is the ninjutsu master of weapons and most likely the strongest and most skillful weapons master in the history of ninjutsu. Like the other members of the Ninja Tribunal, he lives far beyond his natural lifespan and is gifted with many other supernatural powers too such as warping reality and transforming into a Dragon. However he is not invincible as shown by his defeat at the hands of the Shredder's heralds.
