Dr. Josefina Bishop is one of the main villains in the 2024 Tales of the TMNT TV series from the Mechazoid arc.
History[]
Dr. Josefina Bishop was born either without a left arm or lost it at some point, leading to her creating a cybernetic arm.
She has a sister named Elena, who was born without legs, and made her some prosthetic ones, leading her to dedicate herself to creating robots. At some point, Josefina approached Roderick Underwood, Sr. to fund her project as well as gave him a demonstration of a Mechazoid. However, Roderick was too occupied with business to concentrate and only accepted if she hires his son, Rod Jr., as her intern, doubling her funding, to which she accepted, but mostly made Rod her errand boy. Not long after the Mechazoid attack, Bishop turned herself over to the Earth Protection Force, who actually recruit her, sharing her belief about mutants being a danger.Night of the Mechazoids
