The first laboratory of John Bishop appeared only in Bishop's Gambit. The laboratory is located in the sewers, and it has filled with all the tubes with all of his clones, but he has created his prototype called the Slayer.
History[]
He, along with his Earth Protection Force troops captured Splinter and used his DNA and the turtle's DNA to create his army of super slayers. However his laboratory was infiltrated by the turtles, Honeycutt and Leatherhead (who buys the turtles sone time so he can handle with the soldiers). After splinter is rescued and released, he starts his fight with Bishop, however, some tubes and electronics explode, engulfing entire lab into flames, thus killing entire Slayers, except the prototype, who falls on the sewers and disappear.
