Jingo is a character appearing in the Mirage mini-series Michelangelo: The Third Kind. He is the leader of a gang called H.A.A.R.M. – Humans Against Aliens Resistance Movement.

Michelangelo: The Third Kind, part 1[]
The President of the United States appears on television to talk to the citizenry about the alien visitors. A group of “patriots” watches the address and among them is their leader, Jingo. When one of the gang members, called Barry, questions the gang’s desire to end the aliens, Jingo calls him a fool. He also says that Barry’s mom, who is suffering from cancer, would also be a fool if she let aliens put some substance in her body. Barry is so brainwashed by Jingo and his rhetoric, that when he later goes to visit his mother, he thinks she’s an alien in disguise. He pulls a gun and kills his mom.
Michelangelo: The Third Kind, part 3[]
Jingo’s group, H.A.A.R.M. have begun causing mayhem in the city and sending threatening messages to the alien Ambassador Cesse Mon Zir Te. The Mayor responds by calling in the National Guard. Klag reaches out to Michelangelo for help. The Utrom wants to meet with Jingo and try to reason with him. He needs Mikey to come along in case Jingo won’t listen. The pair go to the Oberon Bros. Garage where Jingo and his crew hang out. There is no chance to talk as H.A.A.R.M. rushes out to attack them and Jingo shouts for his people to kill the aliens.
Later, Mikey heads to Central Park to investigate a strange object that has been sighted there. He finds the large structure but as soon as he notices a signature at the bottom, he’s forced to hide when Jingo and H.A.A.R.M. arrive. Jingo makes a speech to fire up the mob against aliens, and then his crew marches a captured alien to the structure. Jingo has taken up a perch atop the structure and displays a rope tied into a noose. Mikey attacks before they can kill the alien. Jingo orders Mikey and the little alien to be killed, but just then the police arrive and the H.A.A.R.M. mob, including Jingo, run away.
Michelangelo: The Third Kind, part 4[]
H.A.A.R.M. places bombs all over the city and demands that Ambassador Cesse Mon Zir Te be turned over to them or they’ll set off the bombs. Klag and Mikey head to a park where the handoff is to take place. The pair separate and Mikey hides among the trees, watching as the Ambassador arrives. Once he has walked up on the podium to stand before the H.A.A.R.M. members, Jingo arrives. However, the speech he gives his people is a completely unexpected one. He tells them it’s time for them to stop being so short-sighted and look to the future. Incensed by this, Barry pulls a gun and prepares to shoot the Ambassador. Mikey throws a shuriken, knocking the gun from Barry’s hands. The police arrive and arrest Barry and Mikey goes back to the hovercraft he arrived in but can’t find Klag. Mikey takes the hovercraft back to Moon-Island and after landing it, hears a noise coming from the back hatch. He opens it to find Jingo, tied and gagged. Klag arrives to explain that he created a Jingo skin-suit and impersonated him at the meeting. The Utroms are going to wipe Jingo’s memory and drop him back home.
