"Cop 1" or just Cop, as he appears listed in the credits, is a recurring minor character in the 2012 TV series. He's the partner of "Cop 2".
In The Invasion, Part 1, it is revealed that he and his partner are Kraang spies.
The actual police officer was seen in The Insecta Trifecta where he and his partner fail at stopping Stockman-Fly, Antrax, it's duplicates, and Scumbug.
