Jim is a recurring minor character in the 2012 TV series. He is either listed or as Cop or Cop 1, when he appears with his partner, "Cop 2". Jim's partner refers to him by name in "Mutagen Man Unleashed".
In "The Invasion, Part 1", it is revealed that he and his partner are Kraang spies.
The actual police officer was seen in "The Insecta Trifecta", where he and his partner fail at stopping Stockman-Fly, Antrax, its duplicates, and Scumbug.
History[]
There is not much known about the policeman named Jim. He usually appears together with his partner, with whom he often (and always in vain) has to deal with various hostile mutants. He and his partner were even used by The Kraang as a cover identity during a large-scale invasion attempt to track down the Turtles and eliminate them.
