Jetix Europe was a European television broadcasting company based in the Netherlands that owned children's television channels and programming blocks across the Europe and Middle East. The company was originally formed as Fox Kids Europe in November 1999, being 75% owned by Fox Family Worldwide, with the rest of the ownership held through the Dutch Euronext exchange.

Jetix Europe handled the distribution and marketing to various properties under the ABC Family Worldwide (f.k.a Fox Family Worldwide) subsidiary, including Fox Kids and BVS Entertainment (f.k.a. Saban Entertainment) properties outside North America, which also included Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation, and the company licensed the series across the world through companies such as Maximum Entertainment in the United Kingdom.

In December 2008, The Walt Disney Company announced plans to fully purchase Jetix Europe. The ownership of the series later transitioned from Disney and BVS Entertainment to Saban Brands in 2011.
