Jester Jim is a mutant hyena criminal operating in New York City in the year 2090. He is a twin to Jester Joe, except that his eye patch is over his left eye.

Jester Jim is a mutant hyena and a member of Grimm's Gang, a gang that consists of the leader, a mutant wolf named Grimm, a pair of hyenas Jester Joe, Jester Jim, an unnamed dog, and an unnamed fox. During their crime wave, Grimm and his gang used an EMP bomb that immobilized Sgt. Swat and disabled the police's weapons. While fleeing the police in a construction site, Grimm's gang was picked off one-by-one by the Teenage Mecha Ninja Turtles. By the time the police arrive, they find the gang, including Jester Jim, tied up. He is taken into custody afterwards.
