Jervis Tetch serves as the super-criminal known as the Mad Hatter. He is obsessed with hats and the works of Lewis Carroll.
He was among the inmates at Arkham Asylum who was mutated by the Shredder and Ra's al Ghul, using mutagen obtained from another dimension. He was transformed, appropriately enough, into a rabbit. During the final battle, he was among the combatants whom Splinter fought, and was defeated.
It was later confirmed that he would revert back to normal in a week's time.
