Jerusalem is a city, which Israel has possessed since the 6 Days War in June 1967. It is considered holy ground for Christians, Jews and Muslims.
The Ninja Turtles go to Jerusalem when visiting Israel in the TMNT Adventures Comics, when April O'Neil is about to report from a peace conference, but everything has escalted into fighting.[1]
