Jei was an unreleased action figure initially planned as a part of Playmates Toys' Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles toyline. First shown at London Toy Fair 2017, the figure was presumably planned to be released in the "The Samurai" wave alongside Samurai Leo, Samurai Donnie, Samurai Raph, Samurai Mikey, and Usagi Yojimbo (pictured alongside it in the display). The figure was left shelved for unknown reasons.
