Jang La's boychild is born in the TMNT Adventure comic issue The Search for the Charlie Llama.
First appearing in the issue The Karma of Katmandu, Jang La is pregnant. When her son is born at the Crystal Palace at the end of the issue The Search for the Charlie Llama, it happens at the same time as Charlie Llama dies.
Splinter believes that the new-born boy is the incarnation of Buddha.
