This version of Irma appears in the episode "Shredderville". She and April O'Neil are both harem/serving girls who work at Shredder's headquarters in the Channel 6 building in this alternate world.
Both women are assigned to be the serving girls for Rocksteady and Bebop, who are human. Irma has been brainwashed, along with the rest of the population, into believing that mutants are evil and are the cause of the general state of disrepair in the city.
When the Turtles arrive at the Channel 6 building to enlist April's aid, Irma and April run away from them. April tells the Turtles that "we don't socialize with mutants" and Irma adds "We're not that kind of harem girls."
Later, the Turtles convince her that they are not the bad guys and are trying to rid the world of Shredder's tyranny, as well as stop the Technodrome from exploding. April talks Irma into helping them and when Donatello thanks her, Irma says "Hey, for a bunch of guys with bald heads and green skin, you're kind of cute."
Together the women take the Turtles to Shredder's office. There they discover that the Shredder is a bumbling and inept leader, who wishes that he was not in charge of the world.
When part of the building collapses and the Turtles fall through a hole in the floor, April and Irma grab onto Raphael's and Donatello's wrists and try to pull them up. Irma tells them "Come on, you guys, you can do it." while April calls to Donatello to "get up, get up", but her voice fades to reveal that it is Splinter, who is trying to wake his sons from a shared dream they were having.
