Irma's apartment is where Irma Langenstein lives during the events of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge. It is located between Alan's Car Wash and Bent Brokers.
During the game's second stage, Big Apple, 3 PM, the player comes across Irma trapped behind a locked door at the front of her building. Smashing open the door frees her. After doing so, players can return to her apartment on the world map to give her back her missing diary pages, to which she thanks the player with a reward of points upon completion.
