[Opening sequence and theme song.]
[Open on a movie theater. The marquis reads "The 47 Loyal Ronin Go Hawaiian". The Turtles, all wearing Hawaiian shirts, leave the theater.]
Michelangelo "Dudes, I have to admit, “The 47 Loyal Ronin Go Hawaiian” is a modern classic."
Donatello "Oh, yeah. I mean, it's certainly one of the best surfing samurai movies ever made."
Raphael "Say, did anyone see a tank go by?"
Donatello "A tank? What would a tank be doing on a city street?"
[Raphael walks over to look at the street. The pavement shows indentations from a heavy vehicle.]
Raphael "I don't know, but one's been here."
Leonardo "And they're wet."
Raphael "And they're coming from the water front."
Donatello "Ah, it must be one of Shredder's amphibious modules."
Leonardo "We better follow it while the tracks are fresh. Come on."
[Donatello uses his Turtlecom to communicate with their reporter friend.]
Donatello "Hey, April. We may have a hot story for you. We're on 6th Street, heading north."
April O'Neil "Thanks. I'm on my way."
[Elsewhere in the city, an Amphibious module is parked in an industrial area.]
Leonardo "Light-Foot Heavy Industries. They must have gone in there."
Raphael "Well, it's a cinch they aren’t robbing that bakery. Come on."
[Inside the building, Bebop and Rocksteady are taking things off a conveyor belt.]
Rocksteady "Say, Bebop, when we get done pulling this heist, let's hit that bakery next door."
Bebop "Huh-huh, yeah. I could really go for some between meal sweets."
Raphael "I hope your dentist knows about that big cavity - between your ears."
Rocksteady "The Turtles!"
[They drop the metal sheet their holding and it falls on Bebop’s toe.]
Bebop "Ow!"
[Rocksteady starts firing his laser blaster and the Turtles dive out of the way. Leonardo swings at Bebop with his katana, but the mutant warthog uses a metal sheet to block the blow. Michelangelo wraps his Turtle Line around Rocksteady gun hand.]
Rocksteady "Huh. Whoa!"
[Michelangelo pulls on the line and yanks the blaster out of Rocksteady’s hand.]
Michelangelo "I wish I had a pizza for every blaster I've taken away from you goons."
[Bebop rushes Leonardo with the metal sheet, but the Turtle steps aside. Bebop runs into a post. Using his bō as a pole vault, Donatello kicks Rocksteady down and out through the hole in the wall. A dizzy Bebop steps back from the post.]
Bebop "H--Hey. Where'd everybody go?"
[He stumbles to the opening in the wall which leads into the bakery and is hit in the face with dough.]
Bebop "Blech!"
[Raphael and Michelangelo scoop up more dough from a large vat.]
Raphael "Ha-ha, boy this is the life, huh? Throwing dough around like there's no tomorrow."
[Donatello slides across the floor in front of a running Rocksteady and trips him.]
Rocksteady "Whoa!"
[He falls into another large vat. Leonardo opens a wall valve that feeds milk into a hose. The milk begins spraying the floor. As Bebop helps Rocksteady out of the vat, Michelangelo throws a huge blob of dough and hits them with it. They fall into the milk and slide into a wall. Raphael and Donatello hold up two giant piping bags.]
Raphael "And now for the icing on the cake."
[They squeeze pink and purple icing all over Bebop and Rocksteady.]
Bebop "Mm. I had no idea that defeat could taste so sweet."
All "Turtle power!"
[Seeing the Turtles coming at them, the mutant thieves jump up.]
Bebop "Come on."
Rocksteady "Yeah, let's get out of here."
[They run from the building and drive off in the Amphibious Module. Outside, April is standing next to the Channel 6 newsvan with her mini-camera.]
April "Wow, what a fight, guys."
Leonardo "I'd say our ninja skills beat them again."
Raphael "Yeah, either that or the sugar shock."
[Cut to the Technodrome, on the ocean floor. Bebop and Rocksteady have returned.]
Krang "Those incompetent mutants of yours failed me again."
Shredder "So, what else is new?"
Krang "But I must have the parts to build my new thermal generator. It should produce enough energy to run the Technodrome forever."
Shredder "Yeah, yeah. That's nice, Krang. I'm programming the computer to come up with a plan to finally defeat those insufferable Turtles."
Krang "Oh, this is hopeless. All Shredder can think about is getting revenge, the Foot Soldiers are incapable of independent thought, and those two mutants couldn't steal a free sample. Ooh, oh, good help is so hard to find nowadays.
What I need is someone who's clever, and sneaky, and fiendishly brilliant. Someone like me. That's it!"
[He stops in front of a mirror.]

[Soon, he is inside a machine in one of the labs. He pulls a switch and moves under a ray. Across from him, another machine produces a ray that hits a blob of material inside a beaker. Pull back to see that there are six beakers.]
Krang "It's working.
I've done it."
[He hops out of the machine and into his Bubble Walker. Walking over to the other machine, he watches the blobs grow into duplicates.]

[Foot Soldiers arrive with additional Bubble Walkers and place each of the duplicates inside one.]
Krang "Six exact duplicates of myself."
Blue "Hey. What do you mean, "duplicates"? I'm unique.
Oh. No, I'm not."
[He turns to see the other Krangazoids.]
Oh. No, I'm not."
Yellow "But what am I doing here? I sense this is not my natural environment."
Purple "Well, I'll say. It's already smoothing out my beautiful wrinkles."
Green "This is the dreariest place I've ever seen."
Gold "Heh-heh. I should be warming myself by a nice hot volcano in Dimension X."
Gray "For what reason have I suddenly been summoned into existence?"
Krang "To do my bidding."
Gray "And why, pray tell, should any of us do that?"
Krang "Because I made you. I am your master."
Blue "You ain't the master of anything. We could blast you to pieces with all the firepower in these gizmos."
[He demonstrates by exhibiting various weapons on the Bubble Walker. Footbot Soldiers roll a control panel over to Krang.]
Krang "Ah, but I control the gizmos.
I can take you for a spin.
Or freeze you up. Or even cause you to blow yourself to bits."
[He pulls a lever.]

[The Krangazoids start running in a circle. They stop and clang into each other.]

Gold "I-I guess we have to take his orders."
Krang "A wise decision. Now, head to the city in one of our amphibious modules and steal the items on this blueprint. And no tricks. I'll be watching you."
