In Batman/TMNT, the Intimidator Suit is a highly-specialized suit of armor designed and mostly created by Batman. He had drawn up the designs and was working on its development when the Ninja Turtles arrived.
Later, Batman left to Arkham Asylum to investigate a lead. In the meantime, Donatello finished the armor to Batman's specifications, and added some custom turtle flair to the armor. As the Arkham excursion was a trap, Donatello sent the Intimidator Suit to Batman to even the odds.
Unfortunately, the Intimidator Suit was not able to overpower The Shredder, who tore it apart during Batman's fight with Saki. However, with the armor, Batman was able to beat Saki into a state of desperation. Just as Shredder was about to summon more reinforcements, though, Splinter knocked him out with Harley Quinn's mallet.
After the Turtles returned to their own world, Robin volunteered to help his father repair and improve it.
