The Imperial Palace is located on Mazool's world in Dimension X in the Archie Comics. It is seen in the Black Hole Trilogy, and is where Mazool resides.
In the issue The Dream of the Blue Turtle, the Nova Posse, together with the Ninja Turtles and Ninjara fly in a spacecraft to Mazool's world. There, they break into the palace, where they encounter Mazool's soldiers.[1]
