Every year, thousands of people visit the New York Historical Museum. A guide speaks to a group of these visitors, explaining that the room they are in is dedicated to the European middle-ages. An excited child pulls on his mother’s hand and tells her that some of the armor is moving. His mother tells him not to talk nonsense, because that’s impossible, but then she sees a suit of armor, complete with sword, walking towards them. Several suits of armor then walk out of the museum and into the street. Citizens run, some shouting that it’s aliens, others claiming they are ghosts. A police officer draws his gun as walking armor bears down on him. He opens fire, but the bullets have no effect on the empty suit. The armor fights back by striking the officer on top of his head with its sword.

The Turtles are close by and witness the incident. Leonardo says that apparently, he chose the wrong day to take in some culture. Raffaello disagrees, saying that he did the right thing convincing them to accompany him to the museum. As he removes his trenchcoat, Raffaello says this is a good opportunity for a match between ninjas and ancient knights. When Leonardo attacks with his katana, the armor uses its shield to block the strike, and he says back in the day they knew how to make an armored suit. Another suit separates in half when Raffaello swings his sai, leading the Turtle to add that the situation is complicated by the fact that when you do hit them, you find only air. Donatello drops to his hands and knees and tells Raffaello there’s always the old “legs in the air” trick. Raffaello forces the armor backwards, and it trips over Donatello. When it hits the ground, it breaks into many pieces. Michelangelo points out that the other suits of armor are leaving. Leonardo urges the others to chase them, but Michelangelo stops him. He has an idea for a way to follow where they won’t get noticed and tells his brothers to help him collect the fallen pieces of armor.

Later, the suits of armor all march into an old warehouse. Bebop calls out to Shredder that Operation Round Table is complete and then lets his boss know when the last suit of armor enters. Shredder is pleased that his Electromagnetic Activator works perfectly and explains that it allows him to remotely animate any metal structure. Rocksteady thinks that using it on these tin soldiers was great. Shredder says that when he uses it on cars and underground pipes it will be even better because that will bring the city to its knees. When one suit of armor starts moving again, Bebop calls out that it still wants to go for a walk. Shredder says that’s absurd because the activator is off.

Michelangelo pulls off his helmet and announces that there’s a stowaway on board. He opens the door to let the others Turtles enter and Shredder shouts for his mutants to get the Fusion Flamethrowers. Armed with these weapons, Bebop and Rocksteady go on the attack. Bebop fires at Leonardo and asks if their welcome is warm enough for him. Leonardo dodges the flame and then Donatello whacks Bebop on the head with his . Michelangelo calls out a warning that Shredder is trying to reactivate his machine. Shouting that no he won’t, Leonardo knocks the flamethrower out of Rocksteady’s hand just as it fires. The flame shoots upwards and sets off the fire sprinklers. Shredder is startled when water hits his machine and it starts to short circuit. Donatello teases him that water and electromagnetic tools don’t bond.

Shredder beats a hasty retreat, calling back that one day, the Turtles will pay. Bebop and Rocksteady run to catch up to their boss. When they are gone, Raffaello begins picking up pieces of armor. He says that they are a little damaged, but the museum will want them back just the same. Arms laden with armor, Leonardo complains at the weight and Raffaello calls for Michelangelo to lend a hand. Michelangelo says he can’t. The fire sprinklers got the armor he’s still wearing rusty and he's completely stuck. His brothers start laughing.
