History[]
The apartment of Hypno and Warren debuted in "Warren & Hypno, Sitting in a Tree". Originally it was Hypno's apartment, but he encountered Warren unemployed and homeless, and took him home to live with him. Their original arrangement was as friends and roommates, but they soon nested into a romantic cohabitation together with the apartment becoming their home. It was severely damaged during a visit by Baron Draxum, who arrived seeking to claim Charlotte from Warren's possession. Draxum knocked down the apartment's front door, then Hypno and Warren escape using a cannon they had previously been testing for a future magic act; the pair escaped, but firing the cannon destroyed the apartment's entire outer wall.
Trivia[]
- In "Newsworthy", which debuted both Hypno and Warren as characters, Warren was living alone in a very similar-looking apartment. As "Warren & Hypno, Sitting in a Tree" implies that Warren was homeless before Hypno took him in, it is not clear whether that was the same apartment as the one they later shared or a different apartment with a similar floor plan.
