Howie Hardy is a character from the 1987-1996 series.
He is a friend of Irma, and he likes play to music with his keyboard. He was once confronted by Shredder and his minions, but was helped by the Turtles. He appeared in 2 episodes, "Name That Toon"[1] and "Menace Maestro, Please".[2]
He was voiced by Rob Paulsen, doing an Woody Allen impression.
