He was once confronted by Shredder and his minions, but was helped by the turtles. He appeared in 2 episodes "Name That Toon"[1] and "Menace Maestro, Please".[2] He was voiced by Rob Paulsen, doing an Woody Allen impression. In Japan, he's voiced by Tomohiro Nishimura. In Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Ghostbusters issue 1, Howie can be seen marrying “Lucy” Irma's counterpart in the Ghostbusters universe.
