Horrible Wolfie the Harmless Wolfpup is a book in Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Description[]

Horrible Wolfie the Harmless Wolfpup is Raphael's favorite storybook. As Wolfie, the book's protagonist, is subjected to prejudice from the townspeople due to his wolf species, he uses it as a parallel and motivation for the Turtles to prove that they are nothing to fear. However, Raph never actually finished the book, whose ending reveals that the townspeople's fears were well-founded, as Wolfie eats all of them.

History[]

Horrible Wolfie the Harmless Wolfpup debuted in "The Mutant Menace". Raph retold the story to his brothers who seemingly had never read it before and used it to encourage them to act kindly to New York civilians to earn their trust and affection. However, the parallel he drew was flawed as Wolfie's motive for his acts of service was ultimately malicious.
