Hollywood is a neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. Due to the large amount of movie studios locate there, the name is normally used synonymously or as shorthand for the American film industry.

In TMNT[]

Turtles Go Hollywood[]

The main locale for Turtles Go Hollywood is, as the name implies, Hollywood, California. One of the main scenarios involves the Turtles stopping the Ratt Pak from utilizing subliminal messaging technology in Hollywood movies to push their drugs. Shredder and the Foot Clan also vie for this technology, leading to a three-way war between the Turtles, Ratt Pak, and Foot Clan. Key locations in the Hollywood area are Monolothic Studios and SoloChem.

Conservation Corps[]

In Fossil 'n Foam, a Hollywood director (very transparently meant to be Steven Spielberg) is distraught that they are paying hundreds of millions of dollars to bring dinosaurs to life in Jurassic Park, when the Styranofoamus Rex, a tyrannosaurus skeleton made from styrofoam, is stomping around New Jersey and they could be using shots of that for free. He also briefly muses if the studio can sue the Styranofoamus Rex, since he seems to believe that they might actually own the copyright to dinosaurs outright.

Le Tartarughe Ninja[]

The Tartarughes head to Madman Studios in Hollywood in the comic Divi del Cinema, under the guise that they will be consulting in a film about themselves, with the proceeds of the movie going to the charity UNICEF. Instead, the studio's owner and the movies' director, Mr. Madman, forces them into a machine that produces robot clones of them, which he intends to use for world domination instead. The Tartarughes find a bunch of animatronic dinosaurs and use them to tear apart the robots, then drop Mr. Madman off on top of a police car so he can be taken to jail. The Tartarughes finish the movie themselves.
