Plot[]
The Hero Turtles crack down on the city's crimewave by thwarting the mugging and robbery attempts of Shredder's punks, motivating an annoyed Krang to fire Shredder and promote Rocksteady as his new right-hand mutant. Resolving to destroy the Turtles in one week, Krang sends April O'Neil an anonymous letter telling the Turtles they have earned a free vacation in Florida courtesy of a appreciative benefactor, secretly plotting to trap them and destroy them with mutagen. With Splinter's permission, the Turtles fly the Turtle Blimp to Miami Beach while Rocksteady and Bebop drive down in a pickup truck transporting Krang's mutagen canister. The Turtles hail a taxi cab to the Hotel Splendide, but discover it to be ramshackle swamp house, rather than the private luxurious beach-front accommodation they expected.
Rocksteady and Bebop lure the Turtles into the swamp, and they promptly mutate four frogs, who the Turtles initially mistake for the Punk Frogs, allowing the new mutants to disarm them of their weapons. The real Punk Frogs arrive on their airboat, and they help the Turtles defeat the giant frogs. After Rocksteady and Bebop retreat, Krang summons Positive and Negative, two giant Stone Warriors from a portal to Dimension X. Positive abducts Michaelangelo, and the Stone Warriors lure the other Turtles back to the Hotel Splendide, threatening to pull apart Michaelangelo.
Sensing danger, Splinter asks April to help the Turtles, so she recruits Casey Jones and the two arrive at the hotel in time to prevent a second ambush by Bebop and Rocksteady. Casey frees Michaelangelo by knocking out the Stone Warriors with a baseball, and Donatello covers them in the rest of the mutagen, causing Positive and Negative to mutate into gigantic duplicates of Bebop and Rocksteady, destroying the hotel in the process. After warding off a surprise attack from Shredder and his Footbot Soldiers, a wealthy passerby with poor eyesight is so impressed that April and her friends fought off a gang of muggers that he offers them a free weekend stay at his own luxury hotel.
