Hogbog the Totally Horrible is a monster from the Dimension X planet of Devros.
History[]
One day as the portal on the Technodrome is malfunctioning, a portal to Dimension X. Krang fell through the portal and promptly fires the Foot Clan, as he now plans to bring Hogbog to Earth to replace them as his enforcer in conquering the Hero Turtles. As Krang and Hogbog intend to head out on the town, Shredder sends Bebop and Rocksteady to tail them, but they are swiftly trounced by Hogbog for their troubles.
The Turtles attack the Technodrome, and Krang unleashes his beast on them. They attack it, but are unable to put a dent in its tough hide. A nearby April realizes they need help, and rams the Channel 6 newsvan into Hogbog's ankle, toppling the giant. However, it is not out for long, and proceeds to tear across New York City.
The Turtles take to the Turtle Blimp to track Hogbog down, and catch it picking up a school bus. They swoop at it to startle it into letting the bus go, but as they try to force it into a corner, Hogbog takes a swing at the blimp. It then begins to scale a skyscraper, which they liken to an "old film" they saw called King Kong. Leonardo, Michaelangelo, and Raphael descend to the top of the skyscraper one a rope to meet Hogbog head-on, only to be surprised by its fiery breath. With his brothers on the edge of the rooftop and running out of options, Donatello baits Hogbog into overreaching a swing at the Blimp, sending it hurtling down through the pavement below.
