Hiroshi is one of Karai's Foot Med-Techs in Mirage volume 4. He and another Med-Tech are seen applying a bio-epoxy to Leonardo's carapace. Hiroshi explained to Leo that it was specifically developed with the Turtles in mind, collecting items such as skin flakes and shell chips from over the decades to develop it. He was teasingly scolded by Karai for giving away their "secrets".

When the Warrior of Perfect Virtue Three Moon Jaguar killed themself in the Foot's captivity, Hiroshi surmised that they had given themself a heart attack, but noted that he needed to run an autopsy to be sure. TMNT #17.
