The Hidden City Prison is a recurring location in Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Description[]
The Hidden City Prison is located in the Hidden City near the Hidden City Police Station. It is the city's maximum security facility. One of its cells possesses a wall-mount bench, a toilet with a room divider, and a wall-mount sink with a rectangular mirror. This cell is located high inside one of the prison towers. The prison also possesses a minimum security presidential suite that is spacious and ornamentally furnished with chandeliers, a fireplace, a billiard table, a grand piano, and a flat screen TV.
History[]
The Hidden City Prison debuted in "Donnie vs. Witch Town" when April O'Neil and Donatello were placed in the same cell as Raphael for their destruction of Witch Town and disruption of the town holiday.
The Hidden City Prison reappeared in "Raph's Ride-Along". Raph and the Mud Dogs were to be transported to the Hidden City maximum security prison by two Hidden City Police officers, but escaped custody after crashing the vehicle. Raph later led the Mud Dogs back to the maximum security prison after they committed a robbery at the Hidden City Police Station. He had the Mud Dogs hide inside their bag of stolen money and tossed it into the prison in an effort to get them arrested again. However, he unknowingly threw them into the minimum security presidential suite of the prison and they escaped to head to the Battle Nexus. The Hidden City Police later arrested Raph, incorrectly thinking he was the criminal Evil Emerald, and held him in a cell.
Baron Draxum was arrested by the Hidden City Police in "Hidden City's Most Wanted" and placed in the same prison cell as Raph, April, and Donnie.
In "Bad Hair Day", Leonardo was mistaken for the thief of the Hirsuté Resort & Spa and was arrested and taken to the Hidden City Prison. The lawyers they were provided were Michelangelo and Splinter posing as lawyers, and within a giant birthday cake, they smuggled the Mystic Ōdachi. Leo then teleported April, Donnie, Draxum, Mikey, Raph, Splinter, and himself out of the prison.
