Hepax Lagamina is a young Atlantean who Alim Coelacanth named his royal councilor after his crowning.
She was the only Atlantean besides Alim to be against Bebop's reign, declaring that Bebop could not possibly be their king. She insisted that the true king would be a water breather, and added that Bebop is a pig. However, her attempts were futile, as Bebop ordered the Atlanteans to "clap her in irons."
Later, she convinced Alim that he was the true king of Atlantis and told him how he could claim his throne from Bebop, through combat in the Atlantean Arena. She was freed from prison by Leonardo and Michelangelo. She managed to make it to the arena and told Alim to use the Trident of Power. After his coronation, he appointed her his royal advisor.
Her name is pronounced in two different ways in the episode. He-Pax, by herself, and Hay-Pax, by Leonardo.
Hepax Lagamina appears as one of the parade attendees in the illusion Golgotha creates in the minds of the Turtles. Siren Song
