Hec-Tor Kur, more commonly known as Hordak is one of the primary antagonists of the Masters of the Universe franchise and the ruthless leader of the Evil Horde. He is a character appearing in the Turtles of Grayskull comic series.

Unbeknownst to Krang and Skeletor, Shredder strikes up an alliance with Hordak. Together they plot to wrest power from the hands of Krang and Skeltor, and Hordak promises Shredder he will be rewarded with whatever he desires if their plan works. Shredder tells him that what he desires is to crush the Turtles once and for all. Krang double-crosses Skeletor and Shredder blasts Krang as he approaches Castle Grayskull.
