Hayari no yurukyara ni monomousu!! (はやりのゆるキャラにもの申す!!) is the fourth chapter of Mutant Turtles: Ore Tacha Kame na 4 ningumi that was printed on September 2014 issue of CoroCoro Ichiban! (release date: July 2014).

Synopsis[]
Donatello yells "Everyone, look, look! I have made a weapon" and the other turtles and Urashimada go and look, Donatello shows them something that is pixelated and Urashimada asks "why is it mosaic? (censored)" and Donatello answers "because it is a secret weapon". Donatello proceeds to wear the weapon and he becomes censored with mosaic, to which Urashimada says that Donatello has gone so far that he can not be shown on TV.
Urashimada leaves the house with the turtles and the turtles wear the weapon, so that it looks like a pixelated mosaic follows Urashimada. People passing by look at the the pixelated mosaic and whisper to each other. Urashimada tells the turtles to stop following him like that, to which Leonardo tells that ninjas are not supposed to be seen. Urashimada reminds Leonardo that he has already been in school and they all wen fishing the other day. Leonardo says that because they are mutants and not humans they should not draw any attention to themselves, after which leonardo sees a large walking cupcake, a human sized walking pencil, and apple with a face and limb, human with a octopus as his head, and a few other oddities. The turtles are shocked and think that these are all mutants. A someone who the turtles think is a pizza mutant arrives and looks at the turtles, saying "Turtle mascots, how cute" and his face accidentally falls off. The turtles learn that these are all mascots, people in costumes, so the turtles decide to join a mascot competion that is held in the park.
The turtles put on (realistic looking) turtle masks on, the wind blows hard and the masks flew off from their heads, the turtles had their real head inside their shells because the masks would not fit their heads. Urashimada asks why would a turtle put on a turtle mask. At the same time someone in a rabbit costume robs the prize money and starts running. The turtles start running, with the turtle masks on top of their heads like hats, towards the rabbit costumed robber. The rabbit costumed robber gets surprised by the mosaic pixelation, and gets hit by Leonardo.
Eventually the winners of the mascot competition are announced and it turns out that the turtles who subdued the robber are the winners. Urashimada asks if tey are going to go on the stage like that, and Leonardo responds that it will just look like a human in a rope of a turtle. The turtles get on stage with human face masks on and the turtle masks on top like hats.

- This issue of CoroCoro Ichiban! (#9/2014) had a picture of Leonardo holding his hand out like he was holding a weapon, this was so that readers of the magazine could draw their own swords for Leonardo and send the picture to the magazine. 2 months later the comic used the swords that the kids had drawn.
- Mosaic pixelation that is used as a gag in this comic is used in japanese TV to censor things that they don't want shown, it can be nudity or victim of a crime or other reasons.
