Hakk-R is an assassin sent from Dimension X to kill Professor Honeycutt, but was thwarted by the presence of the Turtles. However, during the battle he was able to access Honeycutt's memory banks, giving himself knowledge of the names and whereabouts of each of the witnesses who would be testifying against Krang.
Upon his return to Dimension X, Hakk-R was ordered by Krang to kill several other individuals, including the prosecutor and all of the witnesses. These included Anemon, B'een Go, Ace and Poly-95480. However, though Hakk-R succeeded in killing Councilor Apap and Judge Gorath, the Turtles were able to successfully save all of the witnesses and bring them to Planet Neutrino.
During an attack by the Malignoid swarm, Hakk-R attacked the witnesses, instantly attacking Leatherhead and Anemon. However, he was temporarily stopped by Polly's pollen, and captured. Donatello was able to eliminate Hakk-R as a threat by offering him a greater sum of money from Stump as a bribe to abandon his prior assignment. Instead, Hakk-R was enlisted to use his biomechanical body to spread Polly's pollen to the hive ship of the Malignoid swarm, which he did. Queen Gizzla later confirmed that after the trial, the Neutrinos would make sure he received justice.
