HQ, where [[Titanus]] reveals that he has been able to locate his missing flux transformer (to a heavily guarded military base), which he needs to enable his mutants to master space and time travel. In order to retrieve the flux transformer, Titanus must build his [[Sky Platform]]. To do so Titanus must distract the Turtles long enough for his mutants to get all the parts needed to build it. In order to carry out his evil plans, Titanus breaks out a convict from prison and mutates him into Synapse, a mutant made up of pure energy. |
