Godman Falcon is a central character in the comic series Planet Racers by Zeromayo Studios. As Zeromayo Studios is comprised of TMNT co-creator Peter Laird and prominent contributor Jim Lawson, the character eventually made a crossover with the Turtles.
Raphael meets Falcon in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2003 TV series) episode Across the Universe, when he is flung into the time of the Planet Racers by an attacking Ultimate Drako. Due to having accidentally injured Falcon's navigator Methania Fitts, Raph assists Falcon on his race before being forced back into his own timeline.
Later, after the Turtles are brought into the year 2105 by Cody Jones, they meet a boy mechanic who turns out to be Falcon, when they attend a race in Race for Glory!
Raph and Falcon reach victory!
