Godman Falcon is a central character in the comic series Planet Racers by Zeromayo Studios. As Zeromayo Studios is comprised of TMNT co-creator Peter Laird and prominent contributor Jim Lawson, the character eventually made a crossover with the Turtles.
Raphael meets Falcon in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2003 TV series) episode Across the Universe, when he is flung into the time of the Planet Racers by an attacking Ultimate Drako. Raph assists Falcon on his race before being forced back into his own timeline.
Raph and Falcon reach victory!
