History[]

In Touch and Go, he appears with Mr. Touch, assassins hired to eliminate the Turtles. They tracked Michelangelo and Splinter as soon as the pair appeared topside and followed them back down into the sewers. Mr. Go, the faster of the pair, caught up to them and began the attack, with Mr. Touch soon joining in. They injured both Splinter and Mikey, but the mutants managed to escape to a subway station. Cornered, there were again attacked by the assassin duo. Realizing they couldn't fight the assassins head-to-head, Mikey came up with a plan which made it appear that Touch and Go had killed them after kicking them in front of a train. Believing they had fulfilled the contract, Touch and Go arrived at Hun's penthouse to receive payment. Mikey and Splinter, having followed the pair, enter the penthouse and proceed to make short work of Hun, Mr. Touch and Mr. Go by kicking them through a window. Touch and Go appear to be unmoving on the sidewalk below when Mikey looks out, but a moment later when Splinter looks down, they are gone.

In Nobody's Fool, Mikey and Leo are on the docks at the Prime Fishery Warehouse, helping Nobody bring Ruffington to justice. The Turtles encounter Mr. Touch and Mr. Go, who are more than ready to settle the score from their earlier defeat. Though Touch and Go seem to have the advantage quickly, Mikey and Leo soon apply the strategy of keeping the pair away from each other so they can't power up. Without their special abilities, the Turtles are able to defeat and kick them into the river.
