The Global Institute of Violence and Evil is a league of evil villains and the primary adversary of D.U.D.E. - Daring Undercover Department of Espionage. They appear in the Saturday Morning Adventures comic issue Donatello: Agent of D.U.D.E..

Donatello was recruited by Dirk Savage to aid D.U.D.E. in keeping the world safe from G.I.V.E. Dirk explains that the only thing they want to give the world is destruction. D.U.D.E. learned that G.I.V.E. is planning an all-out assault tonight on North America. When Donatello asks about the oddity of the targets, Dirk replies that they are locations of vital D.U.D.E. assets. Though D.U.D.E. can fend off the assault, doing so would stretch them thin. Dirk then pulls up an image of Dr. Bro, an inventor and surf aficionado. This current plan is his, so that he can exact revenge on New York City while D.U.D.E.'s attention is diverted. Dirk asks Don to sneak into Dr. Bro's lab and put an end to the plan.
