Gina is minor character that appeared in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles issue 11 (volume 4). She is in a picnic with her friend, Em, only to be attacked by gang of fake "vampires". Gina manages to escape, while Em is surrounded. Gina eventually finds the mount officer named Jack as they found Em dead.
